Year-End Tax Reporting Notice:
To help ensure accurate year-end processing, distribution requests should be submitted by December 19, 2025. Requests submitted after this date will continue to be accepted, but due to year-end processing deadlines, we cannot guarantee that they will be completed in time to be reflected on a 2025 Form 1099-R. Any requests processed after December 31 will be reported on the 2026 Form 1099-R.
